A typical morning begins at the Vieux Port, slipping past the breakwater toward the Îles de Lérins. Fifteen minutes at cruising speed puts you off Île Sainte-Marguerite, where the water runs pale turquoise over sand. After a swim and a leisurely lunch served on the aft deck, the skipper can set a course east along the Cap d'Antibes coastline, passing the rocky coves below the lighthouse. Return to port as the late sun colours the Esterel massif red behind the Croisette.
